If U of L wins, it will be with defense. Offensively we really stink. No movement and no execution.

In order for UL to beat UK, they would have to force turnovers on UK, and of course, shoot better than they did aganist UNLV. In order for UK to win, Patrick Patterson would have to dominate Samuels, UK need to avoid many turnovers, and put the limits on the U of L shootings. In my opions, i think that UK will win because they have been lookin better for the past 3 to 4 weeks, and U of L had some struggle. Plus, UK had 3 to 4 weeks to prepare for U of L while facing easy oponents, and U of L faced oponents with potential of playing in the NCAA tournament. The crowd at Freedom Hall might be a factor for the game, but maybe not anymore after the loss to UNLV, which mean that UK would be able to do the same thing as UNLV did.

I'm not saying UL is going to go out and win a national championship this year or anything but this discussion seems like UK is setting the college basketball world on fire with their stellar play or something...

I mean lets be honest its not like either team has anything to cheer about right now... I'd argue both UL and UK have lost games this year they shouldn't have...

Didn't FAU give UK all they could handle the other night? I mean really calm down and Wildcat I could say the same to you about not holding your breath in thinking UK has this game sewn up with a win...

Neither team really has given us any reason to think they have an advantage over the other. I'm expecting a hard fought game with a lot of passion simply based on the rivalry that it is...

Well UL wasn't looking impressive as UK was last night aganist UNLV. Programs like UNLV and FAU are alomst alike as well. But... i think that this game will be very closed and decied at the last minute of play. You never know what could happen.

I'm sorry my friend no way I can agree FAU and UNLV are "alike" and there were multiple times in the FAU game when UK was losing (both in the 1st and 2nd half) so I'm not sure how you consider that "looking good"...

That is ok my friend, UNLV was missing their best player, that was the "Heart" of the team, which make them even with FAU. Also U of L was losing most of the game and never came back like UK did. UK was only losing at the most by 5, and U of L was losing by 15 points which is unacceptable. UK was also playing the backup players for most of the game like Landon Slone, AJ Stewart, Darius Miller, and Kevin Galloway.

Actually to be factually correct UL did in fact come back and take the lead in the 2nd half of the game... So to your comment about "heart" to come back and take the lead with a chance to win from 15 down takes a lot of "heart" also...

Also while UNLV's supposed "best" player was sitting on the bench there's no guarantee he's make a difference. Who's to say if he had played he wouldn't have screwed it all up for UNLV? The fact is we will never know b/c he didn't play. Having said that we will have to agree to disagree that FAU's talent and UNLV's talent are equal regardless if the one player played or not...

UNLV and FAU are almost alike? UNLV is 12-2 in play this year, while FAU is 4-9 0-2 in conference play. That is at the very bottom of their conference.
FAU conference includes, top teams Arkansas-Little Rock, 9-4 overall, Middle Tennessee State, 8-5 overall.
UNLV conference includes, top teams Brigham Young, 11-1 overall and UNLV 12-1 overall. So tell me, how do they stack up as "almost the same"

not really, UNLV was playing without their best player. Well, why doesn't matter. The point is that they lost! UK haven't loss a game since aganist Miami.
