Thanks for the love. One mans heaven is another mans hell. You are so right, its funny how it works out. Five or ten years from now, U of l may be a football power again and UK hanging another basketball banner. Makes for some fun. Gillispie and Kragthorpe suck.

You're right, it wouldn't be a rivalry if one team won all the time. By the way, I agree. I think Jurich and Barnhart should hold a joint press conference and fire Kragthorpe and Gillispie on the same day. LOL

Awwww come on shawn, no moments of clarity when there is piling on to do......:) Yes it is a fickle thing. The point is to enjoy it......There are more important things in life

I meant about sports in general. ........But afraid it is going to get worse for you before it gets better.....

We all know what you are going through shawn. We've all been there. Kentucky will be back that is for sure. But what is being a fan all about? Support your team go through the ups and downs and in the end it will pay off. I have to say Kentucky not being in the tourney is just weak. I mean the funnest seasons I can remember are the ones where Louisville and Kentucky had great teams and everybody in the state was looking forward to the tourney and the wild speculation about if we meet in the tourney. Having years that UK and UL both have great teams is just better for basketball in our home state. Football's around the corner so you can look forward to the comedy that is Coach K. And card fans know it can go away quickly 1986 champs, 1987 no tourney. 2005 final four, 2006 NIT. And the football program.

That may be something to think about years from now it could be turned into a State Holiday. Sort of like a State wide Independence Day

Wildcatshamrock, I as a louisville fan and know what you mean. I have not been on this site for quite some time and remember the billy bobs and other obnoxious fans that ruin this site. I have been reading the posts and am amazed at the childish behavior on this site. Some say it is all in fun but I think it is more of a sickness....We can have a friendly bashing and have fun but some ruin it for others. If everyone would just ignore and not respond to these fans(uk and ul) that want the attention, it takes the fun away from them. They want a response from you when they post cruel and immature statements. When you respond you are not helping the matter. I was very dissapointed in Catsman's comments on T-Wills lips on the backboard when he tried to dunk the ball in the Villanova game. I thought he was more mature than that. I do realize that these people get to you and it is difficult not to respond but we all can do it.

CATSMAN if you bleed anything else but blue I would have zero respect for you. A fan is a fan good bad or ugly. I also appreciate all the cat fans that can still post and take the heat even when things aren't going as planned. It's very easy to be a fan when things are good but when things aren't what we expect them to be that's the test.

Chris, my point is that he says one thing and does another. I hear the talk about some of the louisville fans on here but there are UofK fans that are just as bad. I remember all the bashings we took during football season and some say it is just payback but what good does it do. It just makes both schools fan base seem ignorant.
