Don't want him back... UK already made him once. Touthe NCAA has NEVER brought any charges against Cal. Same can't be said about Lil Rickie. Good luck cards. GO CATS!!!
UKGrad/ULFan said:actually he said "never been banned from post season plan" so a ban=n that was lifted constitutes "NEVER" How many season has UK missed post season play cause of probation? Can't wait til Cheatapari (the only coach in NCAA history to have 2 final 4's stripped) brings you your next one. This one will probably sting a lot cause the NCAA will come down hard, but maybe we'll send Pitino back again to help rebuild UK (the most cheating program in NCAA history)

Doesn't matter if the ban got lifted or not... officially, the initial decision came down, that they were BANNED. That ruling, existed in writing, for several months. AND, Louisville remained on probation for THREE YEARS. FACT!

Kentucky's violation history is overwhelming. Kentucky is one of five schools that ever received the NCAA's Death sentence. Every sport was banned from competition for an entire year. Kentucky was caught paying players and shaving points. Several players were caught receiving payoffs from organized crime syndicates. UK has one of the most atrocious histories in sports. Everything from Rupp's racist years to multiple probations for recruiting violations. Not to mention the 100 dollar handshakes. Very few schools have the negative history that Kentucky has. Do some research and you would be ashamed to be associated with UK. All the uk fans keep spouting off about tradition and history. The Kentucky program has a history of cheating, lying, and racism.

Just to show you arrogant UK fans how dumb you are I did some fact checking. You all jumped on the bandwagon with Haljordan and apparently didn't have enough sense to go see if this moron even knew what he was talking about. go read his original post and then come back and finish this.

Most NCAA Championships
As of 2009, UCLA has won 104 NCAA team championships, and 125 total national team championships—more than any other university. UCLA is the first, and currently only, school to win at least 100 NCAA championships. UCLA secured its 100th NCAA Championship on May 13, 2007
UCLA men's basketball won an unprecedented 88 consecutive games, a record that many sports pundits consider unbreakable.
As for your gold medal team -Ralph Beard and teammate Alex Groza were suspended from the NBA for life by commissioner Maurice Podoloff after the players admitted point shaving during their college careers. Atleast they had the dignity to admit it, unlike Wallace Jones, Cliff Barker and Kenny Rollins. That's something to be proud of Hal.
