Funny I saw 10 to 1 UK attire at the fair. You must have been one of the uavel homeys with Jorts and sideways Fubu hat on..I have seen 1 Lil Brudder flag this week..but hundreds of UK flags..Go Figure..Louisville is Lil Brudder...Tomorrow will be proof about 2000 uavel mfans will be running for the exits as Burke gets pounded into a pulp ...KragPoop will say "Well...It's all on me"...and so it goes..See you tomorrow Homey..if you can find a way to Lexington..I doubt it..
I guess you didn't hear me... Can I see the factual evidence to support your claims, please?

Wait, now you want to talk about UK basketball? Looking back, it seems like you were rambling on and on about the State Fair... ??? So which is it? The fair or Freedom Hall attendance? You want to brag about a home team outselling a visiting team? Ahahaha, what the hell kind of comparison is that?
Paul S said:ShameRock, you want proof? Here is an example. UL averaged nearly 20,000 per game at Freedom Hall in about 18 games last year, basketball. uk has ONE game in Freedom Hall and 9,000 uk fans bought tickets. the UL Ladies sold 16,000 tickets to one of thier games and had over 10,000 in several others. I remember the day about 20 years ago uk sold out Freedom Hall for thier ONE game. Over the years ULs' fan base has been increasing ands uks' decreasing, in Jefferson County. UL has a very 'young' new fan base and its' fans are spreading to the surrounding counties of Oldham Bullitt, Spencer, and Hardin. Also, many fans in the S. Indiana areas.
Nearly All UL football and basketball games are shown on 'live' TV too, not like the 'delayed' broadcasts of uk. Lexington also changes the times of its' uk games when in conflict with Keeneland. Louisville has several events all the time going on and UL never changes its game times because of Churchill, the Bats, Derby or any other festvals or events.
Tell me why only 9,000 Jefferson County uk fans now go to the annual uk Freedom Hall game?

Like most uk fans, you are not much informed of your own team. I am not talking about a home attendence vs. a visitor attendence. Every year, uk plays one game in Louisvilles' Freedom Hall, hoping to please and sell tickets to the Louisville area uk fans. Last year and the past few years the 'local' Jefferson County uk fans have had thier chance to buy a ticket to see the pusscats. They sold 9,000 tickets. Your argument with me, if you have the ability to remember, is UL has MANY more fans in Jefferson county than uk. You asked me to show you proof. There is your proof. UL sells 20,000 tickets in Jefferson County for the Cards (18 times) uk sells 9,000 tickets to thier fans in Jefferson County, (one time) does this spell it out for you? Does anyone else have trouble understanding this or is Shamerock the only one with ATD?

It's because most UK fans can see it on TV and it has to do with who UK is playing. I think UK does play in Freedmon Hall this year, care to see if that is a sell out?

UL sells 20,000 tickets 'No matter who' the opponent is. Are uk fans paying to see the opposition or the pusscats? uk only bought 9,000 last year, why would they buy more this year? still a Div. 2 opponent.

Here's a FACT for you... ul was sent 5,000 tickets for THEIR biggest game of the year. Almost 50% of them were returned because their "fans" wouldn't buy them. Must be the economy... snickering!!!! Travel to any UK home game, as I have done spanning 4 decades, and you will see FIRSTHAND the # of UK fans that live here. It is BUMPER to BUMPER up and back. That's a FACT that CANNOT be argued by any but the totally delusional. Good luck cards. GO CATS!!!
The reason the tickets were sent back was because UofL fans were tired of getting tabacco juice spit on them and dealing with all the toothless, rednecks having sex with their cousins in the parking lot.
The reason for the bumper to bumper traffic is because PARKING SUCKS in that lIttle one horse town called Lessington.
Go Cards!
YES YES YES you are so correct. I am die hard Louisville living in this one horse town called Lessington, good grief, the traffic is so freaking bad that no one wants to come up here. I feel all alone in this hillbilly, redneck KY loving town, I have even had Ky fans threaten my life because I aint skeered to sport my Cards WHEREEVER I may b, even in this hick ass town. lmaooooo please send the tickets along with the other Louisville fans up here to help me!!!! GO CARDS! BEAT THAT KY ASS FOR ME THE DIE HARD FAN LIVING IN LESSINGTON!!!!!!
