I truly believe that Rick P. is making the right decision concerning Derrick Caracter, based on what I have read and heard about the situation.
Caracter seems to have strange ideas on how to make it in this world. Noone is gonna give you anything. You have to work hard for it.
Especially in the NBA. There are so many talented players coming out this year. Why not stay in school, get am education and then worry about the pros?
I hope DC will figure this out sooner than later. He has the potential to be an incredible player...

I totally agree. I don't think the "stepping stone" theory is gonna work out, however.
